SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please inspect all packages at time of
delivery. If your items are delivered by a freight company,
open and inspect all items for
hidden/concealed damage
before releasing the driver. If the driver will not wait for your
inspection, write on their delivery receipt that you suspect there is
damage, but the driver would not wait for your inspection. Damaged
merchandise that was not inspected at the time of delivery may not be
replaced free of charge. If your items were delivered by UPS or Fedex
and left without signature, please inspect immediately and contact us
if there is any damage. Items delivered without signature cannot be
reported as damaged after 2 business days of merchandise receipt. We
reserve the right to repair or replace damaged products at our
discretion.
Freight truck is used for
oversized items and might take additional time for delivery. Freight
truck delivery is "CURBSIDE DELIVERY" ONLY. Any truck
unloading fee will be the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. Some drivers will unload without an extra fee.
Green Abode LLC is not responsible for packages
lost or stolen after
delivery
confirmation is received from Federal
Express or UPS.
We only ship to the continental USA at this time.
We currently do not ship to APO/AFO addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CONSUMER
PROTECTION: We reserve the right to cancel your order if your
billing information does not match your credit card´s and/or
your ship-to information is not the same as your bill-to
information.
Store policy, product prices and
specifications, shipping & handling fees, and
processing/shipment schedules can change at any time and without notice.
Green Abode LLC is an authorized dealer for each of the manufacturers represented in our store.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Green Abode, customer
satisfaction is our number one concern. We will do our very best to
satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability each and
every time. Any unused, brand new merchandise, in their original boxes
or packages, may be returned for exchange or refund
(less the shipping cost).
If
you wish to return an item purchased from Green Abode LLC, please let
us know within 10 days of receiving your order. We ask that you obtain
a return authorization and shipping instructions for your return
before
shipping the item. All products must be returned in original and unused
condition along with the invoice within 21 days for a refund or
exchange (original shipping costs to your location are non-refundable).
We can't reimburse the
return
shipping cost unless we sent you the wrong item. We are not responsible
for items you return that are lost (insurance, tracking, delivery
confirmation, etc. are your responsibility). We reserve the right to
reject returns sent without a return authorization number (RMA#). YOUR
RMA # MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the
documentation, parts and accessories. "New and unused" means saleable
condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications
that it has been used. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture items requiring assembly
that have been assembled.
Cancellation of an order will be accepted only prior to shipment. Refer to our return policy for orders that have been shipped.
Returns will be credited
back to the credit card used for purchase or a store credit will be issued if payment was made by check or money order.
I
f
an order is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including
the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during
the delivery and return process.
If a
package is returned to Green Abode LLC or to one of its vendors due to an
incorrect shipping address that you provided, you will be responsible for the
return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If the order qualified for
free shipping, you will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs and
any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.
When
we receive the product we will gladly refund the purchase price or
exchange the item. If the item was sent to you under a free shipping
promotion, our shipping cost will be subtracted from the purchase
price. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for any returned
non-defective item.
Please
contact us for return authorization and shipping instructions if you
receive a damaged or defective item shipped from a manufacturer’s
warehouse.
Any products
damaged or defects are subject to the manufacturer´s repair and/or replacement
policy.
In these instances, the manufacturer will ship you a new part for the product.
In many cases, the damage or defect may be minor such as a knob.
We must be notified within 5 days of delivery if an item has been damaged in shipment or has a manufacturer defect.
Please remember to include the origina
l shipping invoice with your return. Make a copy of the invoice for your records.
You will want to return the merchandise via an insured carrier, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
